Brandon Struckman is back with Eaton Outfitters after a 2–year hiatus
to get married . . . and he's still married. He is the ultimate guide with lots of experience and
enthusiasm – and he always has a smile on his face. He ties hundreds of flies in the off season when
he can't sneak away out to the water or its too cold to fish. Spending a day with Brandon is
well worth the price of admission – all the fish you catch are a bonus!
Dave Evans is back for his 8th season with Eaton Outfitters. He was lured to
Montana by the appeal of skiing and fishing after working 20 years in golfcourse landscaping elsewhere.
Dave has spent countless days fishing and working on our local SW Montana rivers, and he's a ski
instructor, too. He is a well–trained, patient instructor and passionate about fly fishing, so
don't be surprised when your excitement is matched by Dave's when that Rainbow charges your elkhair
caddis.
Gunnar Folsom came to study fish and wildlife biology at
Montana State University after growing up chasing steelhead in
Washington. Now, he fishes for trout in Montana, bonefish and tarpon in Belize, and pike in Saskatchewan.
A ten-year veteran with us, his even temperament and teaching skills make him an excellent
guide for every skill level. His year–round fishing gives Gunnar a positive relationship with the
local trout who assure him they will be very cooperative during the upcoming season!
